Founder, Major Consulting, LLC
Dr. Joy Gray is the founder of Major Consulting, LLC, established in 2008 with a mission to support personal and organizational growth through values-based leadership. She holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Development and brings a diverse background that spans Corporate America, government service, and higher education.
With years of experience in an international corporate environment, time in public sector leadership, and a role as a college professor, Dr. Joy brings a well-rounded perspective to every client engagement. She is an internationally recognized, award-winning author, speaker, teacher, and mentor—known for meeting individuals and organizations exactly where they are and guiding them toward their next level of evolution.
As a member of the Navajo Nation with Dutch heritage, Dr. Joy offers a bicultural and bicognitive approach that fosters authentic understanding, meaningful inclusion, and transformative dialogue. Her work emphasizes the value of diverse perspectives in building strong, resilient communities and workplaces.
Currently based in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Joy works with clients across the globe.

Grand Legacy of Service
In 2024, she gives respect to her lineage as she is an Honored Listee in Who's Who in America. In 2012, Dr. Joy was inducted into Delta Mu Delta, International Honors Society in Business. She served 3 years on the Board of Directors of the Lambda Sigma Chapter. Voted in as Woman of the Year 2015 by the National Association of Professional Women.
Dr. Joy founded The Eagle Heart Foundation. A non-profit (501 c3) that empowers connections through cultural awareness and direct support to underserved-marginalize groups in order to build community.
